COMPANY INFORMATION
My client is an entrepreneurial and rapidly expanding services organisation that supports customers speaking 25 different languages globally. Due to huge demand from French speaking markets, they are now looking to significantly grow their French speaking teams.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• You must have a successful track record working as a Customer Services Manager, Customer Support Manager or Call Centre Manager with an operational background
• You must be fluent in English and German. You will be asked to demonstrate your skills and will be assessed on how you are able to communicate within various business scenarios that reflect real life management situations and client conversations.
• A proven record of successfully managing a team in excess of 40 FTE is important
• Experience of managing Financial and Operational control systems and processes are important to this role
ROLE INFORMATION:
You will be directly accountable for the service delivered by the department. It will be your responsibility to suggest and promote a set of applicable best practices to ensure KPI’s and SLAs are delivered and assist with the communication of department goals, targets and priorities.
