**Revised Job Description**
My client is an international IT hardware reseller and solutions organization who requires a telesales manager to maximize revenue, profit and customer care for their corporate clients. Bringing a new lease of life to their corporate accounts team of 12FTE, your role will be to focus Account Managers upon providing outstanding, tailored solutions based upon customer need.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
• A demonstrable track record within a telephone based corporate sales management role (IT hardware/solutions)
• Advanced people management skills with experience of performance management: PDPs, 1:1s, absence management, etc
• Track record of developing and implementing team sales plans and forecasts that deliver growth and achieve stretch targets
• Delivery of KPIs: sales, profit, productivity, service, debt, etc |
