**3 month contract**
My client is looking for a focused Head of Customer Service to manage their 30 seat call centre. Initially the focus of your role will be to review process, IT systems and staffing levels in order to drive the achievement of SLAs and deliver world-class customer service.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
• Previous management experience within a multi-functional call centre, ideally: mail order, b2b, b2c and customer care
• Demonstrable track record of change management: people, process and technology
• Commitment and the ability to deliver world-class customer service
• We are ideally looking for candidates with a background in beauty products or FMCG sectors
This role represents an excellent opportunity for a senior call centre manager who is focused upon quality rather than volume.
