My client operates within one of the most competitive consumer markets in Europe and as such is highly sales and results driven. They operate an outbound call centre that will grow from 50 to around 100 seats over the next 12 months. We are only looking for outbound call centre manager specialists who have the stamina and pace to drive their sales performance.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
• A track record of managing high performance dialler based outbound sales call centres
• Driven, motivated and a motivator – must be a closer
• Able to balance productivity and results with cost and budget
• Conversant with relevant HR legislation
This is a high pressure environment that offers exceptional OTE and progression for an ambitions and high achieving call centre sales manager. |
