My client is a high volume customer contact outsourcer that works for blue-chip organisations delivering outbound (dialler based) telesales campaigns. They are now looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager with a background in call centre outsourcing to manage both the call centre operation and client relationships.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
• 5+ years’ account and operational management experience at a senior level in a relevant customer contact industry, i.e. outbound call centre
• Highly effective communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Determined and enthusiastic with the ability to cope with a heavy workload
• Commercially aware with the ability to deliver and implement creative solutions
• Focused upon managing, influencing and presenting to clients with a track record of managing and growing client accounts
• My client is looking for a call centre service delivery manager but will also consider an outbound telesales call centre manager or senior account manager with the relevant skills and competencies |
