My client is a business to business outsourcer that specializes in providing multi-lingual telemarketing services on behalf of international IT organizations. They are currently looking to resource a Head of Call Centre to manage their 200 seat contact centre whilst achieving stretching and challenging targets.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
• A background in managing large teams (150+ FTE) within a B2B outsourcing environment
• A proven track record of delivering multi-client, multi-lingual assignments across diverse locations
• Ability to create an inspiring, consistent and motivational environment where people feel valued and have the opportunity to excel
• Tenacity and focus as well as flexibility in executing ideas
• Confidence to create an environment of continuous improvement, challenging any areas of under-performance in self and others with the ability to develop and implement solutions to overcome shortfalls |
