Every application you make for a role with Call Centre Managers will be acknowledged and you will be informed of whether you have been shortlisted for that role.

In accordance with Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations, we will not submit your CV to a company without your prior consent.
Full information of roles will be provided
Providing you have been through our registration process and you have been shortlisted for the role, one of our consultants will discuss the role and the company with you and will provide a job specification (if available). We do not agree with the philosophy of sending your CV to a company without you being aware of who they are.
You will be kept updated every step of the way
Unfortunately, some recruitment campaigns take longer than others. However long it takes to receive feedback on your CV, we will keep you informed of what is happening.
You will be told the outcome of your application
Every CV that is submitted to an employer, will be closely monitored by one of our consultants and you will be informed as to whether you have been successful or unsuccessful. We also strive to obtain in-depth feedback on your CV, to assist you with future applications, although this is not always available.
